* 2 Pounds Pork — Cubed
* Salt And Pepper — To Taste
* 2 Large Onion — Sliced
* 3 Cloves Garlic — Chopped
* 1 Teaspoon Cumin

* 3 Cans Tomatoes — Chopped

Directions
Saute pork in oil, for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add onions, saute 8 minutes, add garlic, cumin, oregano, and tomatoes, simmer 45 minutes. Add corn, cilantro, parsley and jalapeno, simmer 15 minutes and serve.
