Ingredients:

1 cup red wine
3/4 cup sugar
3 egg whites
Ground Walnuts to garnish

Methods:

In a saucepan heat wine and sugar: boil the syrup until fine thread stage.In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks.Slowly add the syrup,beating constantly.Continue beating until cool and thick.Spoon dessert into individual glass bowls and garnish with nuts.
