Ingredients:

2 cups Chilean Pisco (35º)
¼ cup sugar syrup
½ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 egg white
Ice
Dash of Angostura bitters

Methods:

Combine all the ingredients, except the Angostura bitters, in the blender and blend a few minutes until the ice is melted. Serve at once.
