Chilean Salad (Ensalada Chilena)

4 cups onions,finely sliced
4 cups tomatoes,peeled and finely sliced
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup fresh coriander,chopped (optional)
Methods:
Rinse onions in cold water thoroughly; drain in bowl mix tomatoes with onions; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
