Caramelized Chilean Apples

Ingredients:
4 Chilean Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Methods:
Peel and core apples and cut into wedges. Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet and add apple wedges. Do not crowd or they will steam instead of brown. Sprinkle with sugar and sauté until golden brown on both sides and apples start to caramelize, about 7 minutes. Add as topping to favorite dessert or meal (pie, ice cream, pancakes, etc).
