Ingredients

* 3 Tablespoons Butter
* 1 Large Onion — Chopped
* 2 Cloves Garlic — Chopped
* 1 Can Tomatoes — Chopped
* 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
* 1 Tablespoon Chile Paste
* Salt And Pepper — To Taste
* 2 Pounds Shrimp
* 1 Tablespoon Parsley — Chopped

Directions

Saute onion in butter for 7 minutes. Add garlic, tomatoes, oregano and chili paste. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Toss shrimp with salt and pepper and push into the sauce. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
